The Incoming Quality Engineer is in charge of Incoming Quality activities at AMP2 KSA and works with cross-functional teams throughout the entire Manufacturing operations working proactively to protect the Lucid production lines from Quality issues, secure Quality of parts prior to their introduction to the line. Contains Supplier Quality issues and monitors Supplier Quality Performance and improvement. Key Responsibilities:- Deploy Incoming Quality Strategy, processes and activities.
- Set-up Quality resources and tools.
- React immediately to any Supplier-related abnormality with urgency bringing an immediate containment and interim solution to the affected process to protect the internal and external customer.
- Challenge containment solutions and execution timing.
- Develop and deploy Incoming Quality inspection methods, tools, methodologies and work instructions.
- Collaborate with IT team to build and update the incoming Quality SAP module within SAP.
- Train and coach Incoming Quality team members.
- Monitor Statistical Process Control through SAP when required.
- Ensure Incoming Quality Inspection recording and accuracy.
- Develop quality plans, design test methods and gages, identify potential failure modes and process weaknesses and drive corrective actions
- Create and implement departmental processes such as control and reaction plans to protect factory’s Quality & delivery with excellent cross-functional collaboration.
- Close interaction with suppliers, Supplier Quality Development, Supply Chain and Quality Engineering teams to align requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and supplier’s residents to ensure immediate reaction to Quality Issues.
- Manage supplier claims process including chargeback and tracking of problem-solving milestones and due dates.
- Support Material Review Board process to investigate for supplier non-conformities and determine root cause and work with cross-functional team to identify and implement corrective actions, drive sustained long-term permanent and preventive actions.
- Manage third party services in house for sorting and repair/touch-up including resources design, reporting and regular performance evaluation.

Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings and an in-depth knowledge of quality standards and specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Cross-functional Team player with strong interpersonal skills, hands-on and data driven, be able to adapt to the dynamic working environment, creative mindset in problem solving.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (MS-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Creative, energetic, self-motivated and highly organized.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BSc/Master Degree in Engineering required (Industrial Engineering or Mechanical preferred).
- 2-5 years in a high-volume OEM manufacturing background is a Must.
- Minimum 4 years of Experience within the same role is Required.
- Able to influence, gain consensus and can interface well with senior management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
- Familiarity with SAP Quality Module is required.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution System application is a plus.

Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.
