Software Engineer Expert

Leidos is seeking an Expert Software Developer for a technical development program of 200+ FTE supporting the Sponsor’s Attribute/Entitlement Services within the IDAM/ICAM space. The Software Developer will work with a large team of developers, software engineers and data engineers. The successful candidate will support continuity of our customer’s mission by helping to modernize and implement industry standards while ensuring secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of IT systems.

Primary Responsibilities

List daily duties and/or specific job responsibilities.Knowledge/experience with the development of Cloudformation scripts to generate network and applicationinfrastructure in a repeatable fashionAbility to write custom scripts to install and configure code in EC2 instancesExperience with Python.Develop Java and Python applications that leverage Neo4j and ElasticsearchAbility to Implement NodeJS PM2 for application monitoring and resiliencyUtilized SAFe agile techniques to manage workloadLeverage Amazon Web ServicesExperience creating RESTful API 

Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with PolygraphRequires a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years’ experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.Must have experience with Java, Springboot, Python and the Cloud / Amazon Web ServicesPrior experience reading and developing solutions to customer requirementsKnowledge of Git, Jenkins, or Rundeck 

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Jrandle is preferredCertification - Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Pay Range:Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
