Project Overview:
Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. We are partnering with the North America Building Trades Unions and suppliers to create several thousand new jobs and work with local education organizations to implement new training programs that will support the future talent pipeline. Bechtel Manufacturing & Technology, Inc. offers engineering, procurement, and construction services for customers in the semiconductor manufacturing, electric vehicle, and data center markets. Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, the M&T global business unit also includes colleagues working in Arizona, Ohio, Texas, India, and additional project locations around the world. 

Job Summary:
Bechtel is seeking an Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) Technician to join the IS&T team located at the project construction site.

The IS&T Technician, reporting to the IS&T Field Lead, will be responsible for support of IS&T infrastructure and services across both the site and field offices. This includes managing and maintaining hardware, software, and operating systems. The IS&T Technician will also support video conferencing, resolve network-related issues, manage mobile devices, and oversee printing services to ensure smooth operations for end users. #LI-TN1

Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for servicing incidents, requests, and tasks for deployed infrastructure services to end-usersTraining, problem resolution, hardware, software, and operating system upgrades for end-user computing devices (PCs as well as mobile devices)Follows the established technology standards, policies, support processes and security requirementsHelps establish and monitor metrics on service delivery and customer satisfaction.Responsible for providing end-user support for collaboration technologies including video conferencing, smart displays like Surface Hubs, Poly, Microsoft TeamsSupports Local Area Network and Wireless Network, etc.Supports end user requirements associated with Active Directory and SharePointManages and maintains assets and configuration items in ServiceNowPerforms moves, adds, and changesParticipate in special projects, as assignedParticipates in the rollout of new technologies, services and security remediationsDeployment of network, routers and switches and associated patchingDeployment and support of Teams voice and Poly video endpointsDevelops IT reports, dashboards and automates workflows as requiredRecommends process improvement solutionsDevelopment of IT support guides and user training Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experienceRequired Knowledge and Skills:

IT Infrastructure Management Experience
