Must be extremely detail oriented and a strong communicator!Experience as a scrum master driving a software development team.Competent with Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, Gliffy).Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, sprint boards, backlogs, and related documentation.Experience mapping initiatives, epics, and stories to sprints and sprint plans.Working knowledge of engineering products such as:Context – Containers – Components – Code (C4) diagrams or similar, andinterface documents, and context diagrams.Hands on experience tracing functional requirements to stories, epics, use cases, and feature maps.Experience working with customers and collaborating with demanding technical managers.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, plus 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience/combined education.An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph (CI poly within 7 years).Desired Skills
Certified Scrum MasterSAFe CertificationUnderstanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) architectures, concepts, and services.Understanding of basic web service or microservice concepts.Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
