Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. 

Basic Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or a related field, or Associate degree with 3+ years realtive experienceKnowledge of the full systems engineering life cycleExperience with test planning and execution with an understanding of interdependenciesExperience in developing and execution of test proceduresSupport and generate products for a formal system design reviewExperience working or collaborating across two or more engineering disciplinesExperience with Agile (i.e., Jira and Confluence)Active or current TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a Poly.Desired Skills
 

Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) developmentExperience systems engineering, developing requirements, verifications, and validations. Understanding of Aerospace technologies, Orbital Dynamics, etc.Analyze and resolve complex mission problemsUnderstanding of Engineering tools (i.e. Matlab)Understanding of Software Programing Languages (i.e. Python)Experienced in Microsoft Office SuiteSoftware ScriptingExperience in defining system development testingActive or current TS/SCI security clearance with Poly.Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice​#SpaceNSS

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
