Standard Job Description
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Assembler Sr Spec ensures that manufacturing goals are met safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement and fostering a collaborative team environment. 

Assist with leading the Team – Direct, coach, and develop assemblersProduction Execution – Coordinate with the supervisor to balance workloads and monitor line performance to achieve daily output targets and on‑time delivery.Quality Assurance – Ensure assemblers are working to the highest quality standards by leading and training them in best practicesProcess Improvement – Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, improve cycle time, and participate/lead process improvements in PMTBasic Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearanceMinimum of 2-3 years manufacturing and or production experienceCapable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Desired Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability relay technical information to various levels of management. Ability to work independently without direct supervisionStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience leading a team to meet operational goals and/or resolve technical issuesExperience identifying non-conformances in parts, equipment, or processes in order to determine root cause of problems and potential corrective actionPay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $51300.00 - $95300.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
