Standard Job Description
This position requires Final Top Secret security clearance with a current background investigation or CV date within the last five years and ability to obtain SCI access.

The Security Manager responsibilities include:

Manages a team of security professional professionals tasked to provide security guidance and enforce compliance to specific Space portfolios. Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data.Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies.Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs or DOD collateral classified programs.Enables team of Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) or a Security Representatives with training, development, and mentorship opportunities.Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (DOWM/JSIG), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOW industrial security rules (NISPOM).Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations.Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program.Prepares implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials.Develops and conducts security education classes.Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.Processes clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings.Desired Skills
Bachelors and Masters Degree in associated security, management, or related fieldsProfessional certifications through the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)Previous management experience in high opstempo environmentsPay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $123400.00 - $229200.00

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
