Lockheed Martin is seeking a manufacturing engineer in Grand Prairie, TX. This role will require communication and collaboration with multiple disciplines across the site to provide production support on the Thursday - Sunday shift. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting manufacturing issues, reviewing defective hardware, and providing root cause / corrective action analysis as required. This role will support multiple functional areas including machining, assembly, coatings, and sheet metal. The successful candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment, and an ability to manage varying priorites and projects. 

Basic Qualifications
3+ years in a manufacturing environment or Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field with 1 year of previous experienceAbility to review and understand technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and work instructionsAbility to work Thursday - Sunday shiftTrack record of providing solutions to manufacturing challengesDesired Skills

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
