Job Description:

In this role, individuals may be responsible for conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products.  Must be capable of using a variety of test equipment and logging information in technical databases.  Basic troubleshooting skills are desired.  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.   

Essential Functions:

Responsible for conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products. Must be capable of using a variety of test equipment, logging information in technical databases and have a basic understanding of engineering schematics. Basic troubleshooting skills are required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team. Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours).Experience should include troubleshooting product, subassembly, and diagnosing circuit board failures to component levelExperience with multimeters 

 Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 0-2 years prior experience 

Preferred Additional Skills:

Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory; Associates degree (technical discipline) is preferredElectronics / RF or Digital Troubleshooting Experience preferred.Experience with L3Harris RFCD products and assembly processes is preferredAble to perform LabVIEW driven automated testsFamiliar with basic test equipment, i.e. Signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzersAbility to read and understand schematic diagramsMS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and OutlookRegularly demonstrates a positive attitudeStrong Customer focusAbility to work in a team environmentCapable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvementsStrong communication skillsWillingness to work and learn in fast-paced production environment 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York is $41,500 - $76,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
