Standard Job Description
Plans, conducts, and maintains software build activities. Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs ommercial tools spanning DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, team management, and cross IPT coordination. Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle. Collaborates across teams to develop custom behaviors and workflows to meet program needs while meeting requirements for traceability and security. Customize and maintain tools that are used through the execution of requirements generation, software design, implementation, integration and flight test. Communicates with IT to minimize build environment downtime and impacts as well as developing and maintaining custom, proprietary tools used by maintenance and operations. Ensures software standards are met. 

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college in a relevant field of study; or equivalent with minimum 3 years experienceExperience building and maintaining CI/CD build pipelinesSystem admin experience on Windows and Linux platformsproficient in Python, Cmake, or other shell scripting languagesDesired Skills
Familiarity with Git, GitLab, Jira, and other SW collaboration toolsAdmin experience on Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo)Knoweldge of C/C++ or other programming languagesExperience building and debugging SW in Windows and Linux environmentsExperience installing and maintaining DevSecOps tools and build environmentsAgile methodologies / working in an Agile development teamAbility to travel as neededPay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $110300.00 - $204900.00

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
