L3Harris Corporation is seeking an experienced Systems Integration & Test Sr. Manager to join our dynamic team in Melbourne/Palm Bay, FL. Essential Functions:

Ability to lead a team of multi-disciplinary engineers including: systems integration, test, mechanical, electrical, software, specialty and design functionsEarned Value Management and/or Cost Account Management ExperienceBasis of Estimate writing and proposal experienceIntegration of complex systems spanning multiple customersAbility to write and analyze test proceduresAbility to read and develop engineering drawingsFacilitate and support working group meetings with the customer and the engineering team responsible for end productsCollaborate with the L3Harris engineering team to analyze requirements, identify potential gaps, and propose solutionsDevelop & Execute Verification plans to ensure compliance with all technical and performance criteriaWork with technical team to identify, mitigate and close program risksDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in a technical information environment; interact, anticipate, and respond to customer needsAbility to obtain DOD Secret Security Clearance 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience. 

Preferred Additional Skills:
